We provide a fully integrated manufacturing solution and support to our clients offering:

  • PRICING: After your initial sample was confirmed or only through your tech pack/sketch we negotiate the best price in our production units from fabric to garment.
  • ORDER CONFIRMATION / T&A: Order is approved, PO is issued. You will receive a Time & Action - Plan from the merchandising department for all steps of development and production.
  • FIT SAMPLES: According to your size specifications, fit sample will be made on your selected size.
  • PP SAMPLES / SIZE SET: Once the fit sample is approved, we will be making our grading accordingly and Pre-production sample will be sent.
  • PP MEETING: All samples are approved and now we are ready for production.
But before start of the bulk, we will be having a PP meeting with our factory to review all the critical points of the product to avoid possible problems of production.
  • Lab Testing (LT): Our laboratories are an extremely valuable component in making sure that our fabrics are of the highest quality. This ensures that our fabrics offer durability, proper fit, color and comfort. We offer services not limited to shrinkage, crease retention, fabric weight, color retention, dry heat resistance, tear strength, thermal shrinkage, fabric smoothness, product safety, etc.
  • DAILY PRODUCTION REPORT: We are following our factory productivity and line outputs in daily basis and it can be shared with you upon your request on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • INLINE QUALITY CHECKS: Quality Assurance team members are everyday at factory to make inline inspections for your product to catch a possible problem before the production finishes. Our orders are thoroughly inspected throughout the production process. This includes - Sewing defects, Color effects, Sizing defects, Garment defects, Accessories defect.
  • FINAL INSPECTIONS: This is concluded when the entire order is packed and ready for shipment. This is maintained in accordance to international inspection standards and specific to our client’s requirements. Our quality assurance team makes sure that the entire consignment is ready for shipment and certifies it with their seal of approval. 
  • SHIPMENT: Whether you want FOB or CNF shipment, we are ready to proceed the shipment with our long-term shipping partners. you are assured to have the right documents for your shipment.

Designing

We have a team of highly trained and qualified designers. They are equipped to sketch and create ideas based on requirements set by our buyers. The team’s specialty consists of using various Software such as Illustrator, Edraw Max, Auto-Cad and such forth.

Merchandising

Our merchandising team’s main goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction. They provide full support to our customer starting from the fabric procurement stage up until shipment. We work to procure the best possible pricing for our buyers. Ensuring that we go through a detail sampling process to make sure our buyers receive exactly what they are looking for. We ensure consistent follow-up throughout entire process. Finally, our merchandisers are fully set on making sure that our orders are shipped out on time as per the buyers demands and requirements.
